MURALES SUR L’IDENTITÉ

Photo essay/social study on identity—the family, social and cultural influences on people living in six Montreal neighbourhoods. In an increasingly globalized, stan-dardized world, people are searching for their identity and trying to set themselves apart. The murals in the Montréal Nord, Saint-Michel and Plateau Mont-Royal neighbourhoods are permanent works. The others have been exhibited in the cultu-ral centres of neighbourhoods that took part in the project.
